General Information
C U Thru’ is a vocational service for young people aged 16 to 30 with a diagnosis of mental illness, or who have experienced mental health distress.
We accept referrals from the Community Mental Health Teams, CAMHS and other allied health professionals.
We aim to offer choice, flexibility, confidentiality and a commitment to the involvement of service users in deciding how services are provided.
Contact us for an initial chat about your requirements. Then we’ll arrange to meet to give you more information about what’s available from us.
What we do
Many people find it difficult to regain confidence and self-esteem after experiencing mental illness. The general aim of the project is to help you feel more in control of your own life and feel empowered to make decisions which could improve the quality of your life in the community.
We aim to provide a friendly relaxed atmosphere, a safe place to focus on recovery and help to work towards your own development, usually on a short-term focused basis.
We can support you to increase your employability, and access paid and unpaid employment, training and education.
