The Gatehouse, Golspie Drop-In - Golspie

The Gatehouse garden.

The Gatehouse, situated in the grounds of the Lawson Memorial Hospital Golspie, provides a facility for people in the Sutherland area who are affected by mental illness. We operate a self referral system, but also welcome referrals from other agencies and professionals.

We provide social and personal support to service users to enable them to become involved in a range of activities both within and outwith The Gatehouse.

There is a lounge where service users can relax and meet people.

We also have an arts and crafts room, games room with table games, darts and Wii, as well as the use of a computer with internet connection.

Group outdoor pursuits include gardening, walking and visits to the leisure centre (gym and swimming).

There is also the facility for one-to-one chats/discussions between service user and staff, if required.

Hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30pm – 7:00pm
