How can we help?
Just as we are all individuals, the experience of voice hearing (previously known as auditory hallucinations) is also unique. With this in mind, we will help you find ways of coping with voices which work for you.
If it seems that no one understands how you feel, we can introduce you to others who also hear voices. Many people find that sharing experiences and supporting each other to find ways of managing voices helps them cope with their own voices.
We also have a small resource library which you are welcome to access. This includes guides to managing voices and personal accounts of voice hearing.
Want to get in touch?
If you hear voices and are interested in meeting others who hear voices or you are keen to talk to someone on an individual basis, then you can either write to us or contact us by telephone.
We will be only too happy to let you know when and where the nearest support group meets or if you would like to talk to us individually, we can arrange to meet you at a convenient time and place.
We can also come along to your community group meeting or staff meeting to answer any questions you may have about our project.
Fife Hearing Voices Network offers a service Fife wide.
