We are a resource centre which offers support to anybody with a mental health problem. The services we offer range from supporting people in their own homes to assisting people back into work.
Services offered:
We run a number of activity groups, including a monthly beach clean during the summer months. We also run an environmental group on a Thursday in partnership with the National Trust. The group made bird and bat boxes last year which have been used on the Threave estate. This group recently started a garden on a bit of land given to us by the National Trust. Some of our group members are pictured below. Please see our newsletter below for more information about the groups we run. If you are interested in attending any of our groups then please contact us.
We accept referrals from the local mental health team, the social work department and other allied health care professionals.
