Support Groups
Mutual support groups are available in some of the regions where Support in Mind Scotland has no services.
The Aberdeen Carers Group of Support in Mind Scotland meets bimonthly at the Lochhead Day Centre, Cornhill Hospital, Aberdeen, on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm.

This Group also runs a Drop-in for service users from 12.30 to 1.30 on the 3rd Thursday of each month, at the Clerkseat Meeting Room at Cornhill Hospital. Refreshments are provided.

The group organises educational visits and social outings offering its members (carers and service users) support and a better quality of life.
The group recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.
