Go Billy go! Final push tomorrow Thursday!

Billy will be completing his John O'Groats to Land's End tomorrow.

Day 14 -

Away at 6am. Stopped at Kiddiminster for breakfast. Trying to push on before the rain comes.

Arrived at Worcester. Having a break. Weather cold and windy but still dry. Heading for Leadbury soon then down to Gloucester. Still PMA (positive mental attitude)

Just arrived had a problem with the bike but got it fixed and serviced at the same time. Doing great. Need a wee rest tonight.

keeping strong and I'll keep you in touch. Gloucester tomorrow and weather forecast really bad. Oh no! Will need my waterwings!

Arrived at Gloucester. Dead proud of myself. What a journey and what a day now! Quack quack... Need to find B&B yet. Big place and lots of traffic around. I'll keep you updated. Just giving myself a pat on the back now. I'm so proud.

Day 15 -

Late breakfast here. Will be on the go at 9 with luck. Lovely day so hopefully all will go well. Shepton Mallet today.

Taking back roads down here. Not clever move but I am fitter. Heading to Wells drop-in (Rethink resource centre) tomorrow, then through Taunton to Exeter.

Weather today was great and Severn Bridge was something else. What a day! What an achievement. Go Billy go! Strong in mind and body. Keep with me.

Arrived 8pm. Toughest day ever. Going for supper then a well earned rest.

Day 16 -

Off to Exeter. Weather crap today but have to move on. I'll keep in touch.

Will send photos shortly. Dropped in at Wells (Rethink resource centre). Was so nice. I was well impressed.

Arrived but been tough day. But been best ever support. 82 miles today. 12 hour day... would be great if I could get paid for it... haha!

Day off tomorrow and lovely hot bath. Brilliant!

Day 17 -

Well deserved rest day for man and bike.

Day 18

Been accessing Exeter roads with friends. Wow! I'm going to bypass M5 interchange, too heavy traffic it's scary, and miss out Teignmouth and move to Newton-Abbot through national park. 50 times safer. Hope you approve! Rest of the journey just the same. Hope weather improves. It's terrible rain today.

Day 19

In Plymouth. Stocking up with food before I hit the town centre to find the travel lodge. Today went well. Pat on the back again.

Arrived at Travel Lodge. I'm so chuffed with myself. What a massive place, and beautiful. I've really stretched my limits and yet I feel comfortable and so confident. Photo taking today for Travel Lodge national newsletter. Yippee!!!
