This year, for the first time, we've decided to create a 100 Streets music playlist to listen to as you navigate the 100 Streets Challenge, and we'd love for you to get involved!

Our aim is to end up with a diverse set of songs that contains a little bit of all our participants' personalities. It could be a favourite song, one that gets the heart pumping during a workout, or even a dedication to someone or something.

For £1 per song, you can be a part of this playlist which we promise to never delete.

To get involved:

  • Simply donate £1 (per song) to this appeal and state in the donation comment box what song(s) you'd like added, along with the artist, and we'll add it on
  • To listen to the playlist, log in or sign up to https://www.spotify.com/uk where you can create a free account
  • Search for the user suppinmindscot
  • This will take you to the Support in Mind Scotland page and you should be able to see a few playlists, including Ian Rankin's Radio Stafford Takeover (which is excellent and well worth a listen)
  • The playlist we're populating is called 100 Streets Challenge

Of course, you don't have to be taking part in the 100 Streets Challenge to take part, or just listen to the playlist. Even if you have a free Spotify account, you'll still be able to access it and listen.

Lastly, your songs don't have to be about exercise, although if you really love 'Physical' by Olivia Newton-John or 'The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner' by Iron Maiden then be our guest! Please no explicit content though!

We look forward to hearing your picks!
