BOOGIE and Arlene, the dynamic duo from Forth One's popular 'Boogie in the Morning' breakfast show, visited The Stafford Centre this week and offered tips, encouragement and advice to their fellow presenters from Radio Stafford 103.

The pair - Andy 'Boogie' Bouglas and Arlene Stuart - were given a warm welcome as they made the short trip from Forth's HQ in Edinburgh's Forth Street to visit their neighbours in Broughton Street.

After a cuppa and a chat round the table with the DJs on Radio Stafford 103, Boogie and Arlene then saw the station in action, posed for pictures and even recorded some soundbites and interview material for use on future shows. They also fell instantly in love with Bella the Labradoodle too!

They both spoke passionately about mental health and the need to tackle the stigma attached to mental ill health, and vowed to return to the Centre again.

Support in Mind Scotland and The Stafford Centre are extremely grateful to Boogie and Arlene for taking the time out of their busy schedules to pay us a visit and support mental health services.
