WE'VE withstood the Beast from the East, the Pest from the West, and a seemingly never-ending winter. Now, all roads lead to spring and summer, so why not mark the arrival of light nights by running, walking or cycling for Support in Mind Scotland?

Back for 2018 is our free 100 Streets Challenge, which runs between 2 April and 10 October. Plan your own route, choose your own day(s) then walk, run or cycle 100 streets for Support in Mind Scotland and Mental Health awareness.

For everyone who completes the challenge there will be a 100 Streets Challenge certificate, signed by our Charity Ambassadors Jenny and Scott Hastings, while there are T-shirts and new medals this year for anyone who either raises or donates a minimum of £10.

All the information you need is available on our 100 Streets Challenge website HERE
