With the Christmas pudding a distant but tasty memory and Hogmanay hangovers banished, now is the ideal time to get fit and set yourself a personal challenge for 2019. Why not give yourself some extra motivation by entering a race and raising vital funds for Support in Mind Scotland?

To provide services and support to more than 1,300 people affected by mental ill health each week across Scotland, we often depend on vital funds generously raised by members, supporters and the public. Your donations and fundraising efforts continue to make a real difference to our work and the people that we support.

We will soon be launching registration for our fast-growing 100 Streets Challenge in 2019, and we hope to see record numbers participate this year, but why not also target an organised running event like many of our supporters did in 2018?
