With life now more stressful than ever, it has never been more important to take a deep breath, center yourself and block out all that external noise. Luckily, our fantastic new volunteer Georgia is a fully-qualified Yoga teacher and is going to help us do just that with a one hour evening class on Sunday October 4th, from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. You can sign up by clicking here!

Everyone's invited and the class is free to attend, but Georgia has very kindly asked that any donation you are able to make go towards our work across Scotland, supporting some of society's most marginalised individuals. As an organisation we support around 1500 people living with mental illness each week, continuing to do so during the current pandemic with more of an emphasis on digital aids. Lockdown has had a devastating effect on many people and organisations, and we're no exception. Any donation you make would be hugely appreciated as we navigate through this precarious time.
