We offer a Fife-wide service, including groups in Cupar, Cowdenbeath, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and St Andrews.

Our Fife Service is based at Hunter House, Kirkcaldy in the heart of the community. We are focused in promoting the best possible mental health outcomes for everyone through our various initiatives.

There are three strands to the service we offer in Fife – Fife Families Support Project, The Hearing Voices Project and Resilience.

Fife Families Support Project - Our carers support service facilitates regular groups in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. The service also provides one to one support and information. We understand what it means to care for someone who has ongoing mental ill health and we can support you through this.

Hearing Voices Project - For those of you who experience voices and other sensory disturbances, we hold regular peer support meetings in Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath. We also offer a one to one service Fife-wide. Our local members' publications group, along with local psychiatrists and psychologists have compiled a collection of information pamphlets.

Resilience - If you are facing the stresses of everyday life and need to talk to someone to help you move forward, then our peer support groups (including our Men’s Group) meet regularly in Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and Cupar. One to one support is also available.

Please contact us for dates and times of meetings, or to arrange one to one support.
