This week is #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, where we focus on raising awareness of mental health and encouraging people to learn and join the conversation. The theme for this year is kindness.

With the recent outbreak affecting everybody's lives, we need to show each other kindness and compassion more than ever. 

So we've made this Kindness Challenge to help inspire you to not only be kind to others - but also be kind to yourself! 

This bingo-style sheet is to help you throughout the week, but we hope you'll stay in touch and let us know how you show kindness all year through.

Here’s how you can take part:

  • Save the kindness bingo grid to your mobile or computer.
  • Highlight each task as you complete it (by editing the image on your social media app or on an editing tool like Paint)
  • Share it on social media alongside pictures of you completing the tasks to show others how they can spread kindness too!

  • Nominate your friends to take part in the Kindness Challenge by tagging them too!
