This week (10/05/21) is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme this year is Nature.


About the week

Starting on 10th May, we will be exploring the connection between nature and mental health and wellbeing, and looking at the different ways nature can help us. Keep an eye on our website and social medias, where we'll be sharing personal stories via a collection of videos and blogs.

How you can support us:

The purpose of Mental Health Awareness Week is to raise awareness of the importance of mental health, and to break the stigma that sadly still surrounds mental illness and being open about our feelings.

You can help do this by:

  • Sharing how nature helps your mental health. Don't forget to tag us @suppinmindscot & use the hashtag
  • #MentalHealthAwarenessweek (just reply to this email if you'd like us to share this for you!)
  • Sharing our posts throughout the week
  • And, if you'd like to, you can support our work by making a donation.
