Scottish schizophrenia surveys - what is your experience of living with schizophrenia/psychosis in 2014?

World Mental Health Day 2014 saw the launch of the Support in Mind Scotland 1 in 100 schizophrenia awareness campaign.

If you have experience of living with schizophrenia or are a family member, carer or supporter of someone with lived experience of schizophrenia we would like you to share your experience by filling out our confidential survey.

You have several options for filling out the survey:

  • Online at  https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/1in100-Scottish-schizophrenia-survey
  • By downloading the survey and sending it back to us (note there are two surveys if downloading, one for people with lived experience, and one for carers)
  • By phoning or emailing National Office to ask for a paper copy and prepaid envelope
  • By phoning National Office to arrange for someone to meet you to talk about your experience face to face
  • By talking to a member of staff at your local resource centre

The survey closes on 30th January and results will be analysed and published by March 2015.
