Support in Mind Scotland’s 100 Streets Challenge ® is back for 2021 and registration is open NOW!

Covid-19 may have removed many challenges and events from the charity calendar, but our 100 Streets Challenge® is able to safely continue! And what better way to get some extra focus and motivation than doing your daily exercise for a good cause?

Our annual 100 Streets Challenge® – created in 2016 with the help of our charity ambassadors Scott and Jenny Hastings - remains absolutely FREE to take part in, something we are very proud of as we are determined to make it as inclusive as possible.

How to take part

The concept is simple: walk, run or cycle 100 streets of your choosing any time between 1 April and World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

We have a brand new guide for 2021 that should tell you everything you need to know about 100 Streets - download it here.

How you want to complete your challenge is up to you: we've had participants do one street a day over 100 days, and many choose to complete the challenge in one day. You can plan your route ahead of time, or count as you go. We love seeing creative twists on the challenge and welcome all new ideas!

The challenge is free, but we would be delighted if you would like to make a donation. Anyone who donates £10 or more will be sent a 100 Streets Challenge technical running top, produced by our partners at Decathlon. Or, you could go a step further and set up a fundraising page for your challenge HERE.

We can assure you that any donation or funds you kindly raise will go directly towards our mental health services across Scotland, and help us provide support each week to more than 1,300 people affected by mental illness.

Once you have completed the challenge, get in touch and we will reward you with a new for 2021, eco-friendly 100 Streets medal and a certificate.

Before you begin your 100 Streets Challenge®, please register using the sign-up form by clicking the button below.
