With the Christmas pudding a distant but tasty memory and Hogmanay hangovers banished, now is the ideal time to get fit and set yourself a personal challenge for 2020. Why not give yourself some extra motivation by entering a race, supporting mental health and raising vital funds for Support in Mind Scotland?
As a bonus this year, we have some free charity places available to runners to take part in one of the UK's most exciting new races - the Vitality Big Half marathon in London on 1 March.
Take on this iconic half marathon and you'll enjoy a stunning 13.1-mile course, starting at Tower Bridge and finishing at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich where you'll be able to enjoy free access to The Vitality Big Festival and relax with your family and friends and celebrate your achievement.

Our charity provides services and support to more than 1,300 people affected by mental ill health each week across Scotland, and we depend on vital funds generously raised by members, supporters and the public. Your donations and fundraising efforts continue to make a real difference to our work and the people that we support.

We will soon be launching registration for our fast-growing 100 Streets Challenge in 2020, and we hope to see record numbers participate this year, but why not also target an organised running event like many of our supporters did in 2019?
