Our Carer Support Workers are working remotely on part-time hours can be contacted by mobile phone or email.
Our Service provides support to individuals who care for or support people experiencing mental ill health.

When we use the word ‘carer’, we refer to anyone who has a relationship with someone who is experiencing mental health conditions. The services of the project are completely free and confidential.

We offer the following services to carers:

  • Individual support

  • Telephone support

  • Support via email

  • Emotional Support

  • A range of information and advice

  • Access to local peer support groups

  • Professional guest speakers on mental health topics

  • Signposting to other relevant services
