Our Service  provides support to individuals who care for or support people experiencing mental ill health.

When we use the word ‘carer’, we refer to anyone who has a relationship with someone who is experiencing mental health conditions. The services of the project are completely free and confidential.

We offer the following services to carers:

•Individual support
•Telephone support
•Support via email
•Emotional Support
•A range of information and advice
•Access to local peer support groups
•Professional guest speakers on mental health topics
•Signposting to other relevant services

Group meetings are facilitated within Perth and Kinross. This enables carers to meet others with similar experiences and to talk and exchange views. On occasion at the groups, we invite speakers on various mental health topics. All the groups are friendly, informal and welcome new members.

If you would like to arrange an appointment, or if you would like to know more about groups in your area, please contact the Perth Office 01738 580899
