Mental health services Our Services Stewartry Resource Centre Please note, during the Covid-19 outbreak our face-to-face groups are on hold. Please get in touch if you would like more information on how each service is operating at the moment. We offer support to individuals experiencing mental ill health. The services we offer range from supporting people in their own homes to weekly leisure and recreational groups and occasional outings throughout the year. Outreach Service - Offers you one-to-one support with doing things you want to but find difficult. Some of the areas we can help you with are support to do practical tasks, help building social networks and help with building confidence and motivation. Lunch Club – This is for service users who want to meet people and take part in activities in a relaxed and understanding environment. It takes place each Wednesday either at the Resource Centre in Station Yard or a local Hotel or Restaurant. Activity Groups – During the year we run a diverse range of groups such as Basic Computing, Digital Photography, Card Making, Literacy and Numeracy, Quilting, Art, Christmas Decorations, Mosaic, Gardening, Baking, Soup Making, Self-Help Activity Group, Beauty Therapist.
