Please note, during the Covid-19 outbreak our face-to-face groups are on hold. Please get in touch if you would like more information on how each service is operating at the moment.

The Gatehouse Resource Centre is a friendly, safe, environment, which offers a comfortable setting for people in East Sutherland who are affected by mental ill health to access support through groupwork. The Centre celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2018.

Here at the Gatehouse we offer a diverse timetable of activities to promote recovery, which includes the opportunity to participate in our walking group, arts and crafts, gardening and music group, along with peer support and well-being sessions to help build self-esteem and confidence.

We aim to connect with other local organisations through our groupwork to support people to engage in their communities and feel a greater sense of belonging. We also provide volunteer opportunities.

Our Outreach Service is also based at the Gatehouse and provides 1:1 support, meeting people in their homes or in the community.

Opening Hours: Monday, Wednesday Friday 11am-4pm

They are offered an explanation, an apology and assurance that staff will learn from and share this learning if something goes wrong.
