Mental Health Training in the Workplace

Our belief is that mental health training is a key element in establishing a flourishing workplace

Training your staff in mental health can help to break down stigma and discrimination, build awareness, develop skills and enhance confidence.

Our range of mental health training packages aim to develop participants' knowledge so that they can provide support to colleagues and offer pathways to getting the help they may need.

Why train with Support in Mind Scotland?

We have 50 years of experience in supporting people with mental health and mental illness across Scotland. All our work is evidence based on lived experiences of the people who use our services and our staff team.
