Volunteer Co-ordinator

£20,520 pro rata

Support in Mind Scotland is developing volunteering for the organisation to build capacity within our team by bringing in new skills and ideas, and also to develop new opportunities within our services for people we support to be more involved and engaged with what we do.  Activities will include attracting people who want to fundraise and help us with awareness raising events and campaigns, as well as creating internal opportunities to work with our staff to provide peer support to others who need support. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Volunteer Co-ordinator to work with us to develop a strategy and a plan around all aspects of volunteering and to support our staff and members to expand volunteering opportunities both within Support in Mind Scotland in our local communities.  The person will be creative and outgoing, and willing to engage with a wide range of individuals and partners.

Closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 17th September and interviews will be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 26th September
