Volunteers play an important role in the work of Support in Mind Scotland.

People choose to volunteer for a number of reasons. For some, it offers the chance to give something back to the community.

Volunteers make a huge difference to the work of Support in Mind Scotland. By contributing time and enthusiasm volunteers can have fun, learn new skills and make a big difference to those who use our services.

Volunteers contribute in a wide variety of ways from providing admin support, to sharing creative skills and planning walking groups. Volunteering is a great way to get involved in a community and enhances the opportunities we are able to provide.

All volunteers will take part in an induction to volunteering, will receive ongoing support and will be encouraged to share their experience and ideas.

If you want to help make a difference to the 1,300 people we support in our services each week we would love to hear from you.

We are excited to be developing a variety of new volunteering roles. If you are interested in finding out more about volunteering with us we would love to hear from you.
